Cases of the month/under your microscope

Between 1996 and 2020 every issue of Brain Pathology featured a selection of ‘Cases of the Month’ – these are cases that are of greater than normal clinical interest, have unusual symptoms and/or diagnostic findings, or involve rare diseases or conditions. They were collected and edited by Ronald L Hamilton, MD, Department of Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh and the full version of the cases can be found here. However, from 2021 interesting cases have been posted directly on the Brain Pathology website and rebadged as ‘Under your Microscope’ cases and can be found by clicking the ‘UYM’ link.
